Kinetic Schedule is a configurable scheduling calendar application that enables immediate viewing of resources, providing a clear view of resource assignment. Each event or resource can be configured to link to an event record in any Web-enabled application to allow creation, editing, reallocation or rescheduling of an event.

Kinetic Schedule can draw events from any existing or (API) data source application and combine them into one calendar. For example, change-task information and system backup times from BMC Remedy or another ITSM suite can be combined with personnel roster information from an HR application to schedule changes; room bookings for meetings can be displayed with training dates to avoid conflicts.
With Kinetic Schedule, you can also drill down and filter to view any resource information you need from any compatible application. The attributes you want to filter can be easily customized. For example, you can quickly drill down by location, skill level, certification, availability and much more! You can then open a Web link to the source application to reassign, reschedule, edit or create an event.
Scheduling tickets for targeting/locating specifically skilled people—An IT help desk ticket technician needs to find a person, in a specified geographic region, who is qualified in one technical specialty and has certification in another area.
Scheduling a meeting room—An office manager needs to find a meeting room for a specific capacity, with computers at each workstation, an overhead projector and a microphone.
